A native of central Nebraska, Richard Johnson has 19 years agricultural lending experience and significant expertise in production agriculture. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Kearney State College and have advanced training in Ag lending. From row-crop to cow-calf to feedlots to specialty crops and agri-business, I've been actively involved in all aspects of these types of operations and have “hands on” experience.
My wife, Connie, is a teacher at C.L. Jones Middle School in Minden, Nebraska. Connie is also a graduate of Kearney State College. Our eldest son, Joshua, a graduate of UNL is a banker in Lincoln and completed his MBA from UNO in May of 2010. Our youngest son, Jordan, is a student at UNL.
